Organization of the Board of Directors Policy The Board of Directors is composed of the five (5) members, four of whom are certificants of the Board and one (1) is a Public Member. Additionally, the chairperson from each subspecialty certification program is a member of the Board of Directors. The existing subspecialties include Electrodiagnostics, Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialists and Childhood Developmental Disorders. Thus, in 2008, the Board consists of eight (8) voting members. Each member has full rights and responsibilities. Four (4) represent the neurology diplomate program (DACNB), one (1) represents the Electrodiagnosis subspecialty (EDX), one (1) represents the Vestibular Rehabiliation Specialist subspecialty (VRS), one (1) represents the Childhood Developmental Disorders subspecialty (CDD) and one (1) is a Public Member representing the interests of the public. Officers of the Board are elected from the entire Board and include a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Past-President. |
